Vogel has been making bespoke leather goods in Manhattan since 1879 — a quietly legendary New York house whose clientele has included Paul Newman, Cary Grant, and a long list of people who don't post about their tailors.

We co-produced the campaign with our partner studio, ran it across both audiences, and made the point quietly. Excellent shoes for excellent agents. Most of our buyers and sellers are also operators — founders, principals, allocators. They don't separate their home from their capital. XChange Place is one of the most-considered investment platforms in our clients' world, and the partnership was, frankly, obvious.
We co-produced the campaign with Tidal Media. The reach landed on both sides — XChange's allocator base met our downtown homeowner base, and the audiences overlapped by more than either side expected.
Our preferred-partners list is small on purpose. Every brand on it was vetted by the team for shared clientele, shared values, and the quality of its product. We turn down more partnerships than we accept.
