Before entering real estate, Sunabi spent years working in hospitality—an industry that sharpened her discipline, adaptability, and commitment to service. She has also practiced Korean traditional performing arts for more than two decades, performing internationally and collaborating with artists across cultures. These experiences cultivated a natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and navigate high‑pressure environments with grace.

Outside of work, Sunabi can be found exploring New York’s vibrant food scene, discovering new creative spaces, and staying connected to her performing arts community. Her love for the city is personal, lived, and ever‑evolving.
