In a city defined by culture, diversity, and constant movement, Sunabi Yi brings the perspective of a lifelong New Yorker and second‑generation Korean American to real estate. For clients who value thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and a genuine connection to the city’s lifestyle, Sunabi offers a perspective shaped by both local roots and global experience. Her understanding of the cultures and communities that shape New York’s neighborhoods allows her to guide clients with clarity, empathy, and authenticity.
Before entering real estate, Sunabi spent years working in hospitality—an industry that sharpened her discipline, adaptability, and commitment to service. She has also practiced Korean traditional performing arts for more than two decades, performing internationally and collaborating with artists across cultures. These experiences cultivated a natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and navigate high‑pressure environments with grace.
Outside of work, Sunabi can be found exploring New York’s vibrant food scene, discovering new creative spaces, and staying connected to her performing arts community. Her love for the city is personal, lived, and ever‑evolving.
Joining NextGen by Keller Williams, Sunabi becomes part of a team redefining modern real estate through culture, storytelling, and global perspective. She brings a grounded, human approach to every interaction—helping clients not just find a home, but feel confident building a life in New York City.
This is Sunabi Yi — a New Yorker at heart, a connector by nature, and the newest member of the NextGen team.
